That struggle led me to dig deeper, explore functional healthcare, and make changes that finally made a difference. Through God’s guidance, my journey transformed from simply seeking my own healing to helping others reclaim their health in a way that is natural, effective, and lasting.
As a Functional Nutrition Licensed Practitioner, I believe in healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. But for me, this work is more than just health; it’s deeply personal. Through my years of supporting survivors of human trafficking and domestic/sexual assault, I’ve seen firsthand the power of deep listening, empathy, and truly meeting people where they are. Healing goes beyond just food and movement—it’s about feeling secure, supported, and empowered to reclaim control of your well-being. Because true healing goes beyond just the physical.
Since 2016, I’ve been a passionate advocate in the fight against human trafficking, hosting monthly awareness events and leading the annual Fight for Freedom community event. Just like my approach to healthcare, this work is rooted in empowerment, education, and creating lasting change—because everyone deserves the opportunity to heal and thrive.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the endless cycle of doctor visits, prescriptions, and protocols that never truly solve the problem. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others break free from the hamster wheel of conventional sick care. Everything is connected, and everyone is unique.
I’m a Texas girl through and through but growing up with a musician for a parent meant moving around a lot and calling multiple states home. I went to College of the Ozarks in Branson, MO and eventually made my way to Houston in 2015, where I’ve been ever since.
I share life with my fiancé and his three children, and he also has an adult daughter who lives across "the pond."
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me listening to live music, cracking into a pile of crawfish, or on the pickleball court. My church small groups, volunteering, and serving the community are a huge part of my heart. And of course, I can’t forget my sweet pup—being a dog mom is just part of who I am. At the end of the day, my family and friends mean everything to me, and I feel incredibly blessed.
